97-year-old Vic Walters of San Diego, CA appears on episode #682 of Hometown Heroes, airing May 22-27, 2021. Born in Canada and raised in New Hampshire, Walters spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy, serving as an aerial gunner in PBYs, B-24s, and PBMs during World War II and the Korean War.
